What do you do at Revolution?
I lead Rev Kids, Revolution's ministry to infants through 5th grade, by partnering with parents to help their kids take their next step with God.
I have been involved in children's ministry on and off for the last 20 years. I participated in camp ministry over the summers when I was in college, while regularly serving in the children's ministry. When Josh and I were first married, I helped to lead a large children's ministry in Maryland and directly lead our 2nd through 4th grade ministry.
Other than understanding more of my gifting and calling during that time, my greatest joy was facilitating intentional relationships between the small group leaders and parents. More recently, since the launch of Revolution Church I have volunteered as Rev Kids director and served in multiple capacities.
Tell us about your family
I am married to the founding pastor of Revolution Church, Josh Reich, and we have 5 kids, 3 of which are biological and 2 adopted. It continues to be a joy and a challenge to adapt to the ever new and expanding world if my kids especially as they reach new developmental milestones.
What do you do for fun?
For fun I enjoy photography, particularly photographing my kids and our major life events, I recently hiked the Grand Canyon with a dear group of women I workout with regularly, and my life would not be complete without friends and coffee.
What bands are you listening to right now?
I love music, but I am the worst at remembering any bands or creating my own playlists.
Who are your favorite authors?
Thankfully, I have a husband who is amazing at this and intentionally creates playlists for my every mood that I can listen to. He is also my own personal book finder, everyone should have a husband like mine. He does a great job of finding books for me, ones to help me grow as a person, in my relationship with God, and just to enjoy. So needless to say, I don't remember the authors, I am much better at remember what the covers of the books look like!
